Taylor Swift Hates Talking About Her Exes?

It’s only natural that from the discussion of Taylor Swift’s new album, Red, Ellen DeGeneres passed on to the singer’s ex-boyfriends, for there are quite a few songs about broken relationships.

During her talk show on Thursday DeGeneres, possibly remembering Swift’s sweet duet with Zac Efron, was curious whether there had been something between them, but was somewhat disappointed to learn that the duo had never dated, and no songs on the new album are about Efron.
The poignant song "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" was the one the talk host used to get to the bottom of the 22-year-old hit maker’s heart. DeGeneres prepared a slideshow of everyone who was rumored to be Swift’s date at one time or another, and suggested the singer point out three of them by ringing a bell, giving the audience a broad tip to make their guesses.
The singer was aghast at the idea, fearing that it would end up in her getting “angry emails” from the guys, but complied. DeGeneres drew no reaction to the photos of Ashton Kutcher and Justin Timberlake, but obviously disturbed Swift with those of John Mayer, Taylor Lautner, and Cory Monteith.
Finally the unnerved Swift yowled for DeGeneres to stop, telling her she was beginning to “feel so bad about myself.” She told the host that whenever she came to her show she got shown a photo of a man, and a different one every time, which got her down. “It just makes me really question what I stand for as a human being,” complained she.
Swift was answered that maybe she had to appear on the show more often, and at that the mystery of the song remained unrevealed.

Victoria Beckham - Least Fun Celeb

Singer in the past and now designer Victoria Beckham always looks good, and her husband is one of the sexiest men on the planet. There seems to be nothing to be sad about… but it turned out that the star cannot make people smile when she appears.

In public, Victoria is always restrained, if not to say reserved, – her lips are compressed tightly (a smile is totally unaffordable), and her eyes are hidden behind dark sunglasses. Moreover, even smiling David can not help his wife out of her stupor.
The image of the “Snow Queen” has affected Vicky’s image in a bad way, and this year she has been proclaimed the least fun celebrity. Victoria was awarded this title by The Sun tabloid, with reference to one of the online portals.
Vicky herself is well aware of her status of a never smiling woman. The star has recently admitted this fact in her interview:
“I actually used to smile a lot in pictures. I think I only stopped smiling when I got into fashion. Fashion stole my smile. I’ve created this person. And I’m not saying that’s not me, but I wouldn’t say that’s the whole me … It’s an armour that goes up. “
It seems that Victoria’s smile would not spoil her image. Just like in the case with Madonna, Tom Cruise, Kristen Stewart, and the host of the Top Gear show Jeremy Clarkson. Together with our heroine, all of them have been included into the list of least fun celebs.
By the way, it goes that Vicky has not turned into a wretch – she just stopped smiling in public after her image makers had advised her to do so. Their point was that the smile did not make her face attractive. What do you think about it, should Victoria follow their recommendations?

Top 5 reasons for overeating

Pigging out, binge eating, stuffing your face, whatever you want to call it, when dieting, overeating always seems to rear its ugly head and for many always becomes part and parcel of weight-loss strategy. You start with all the good intentions, stick to the rules but then, bang, it happens and you find that you've managed to demolish a packet of cookies in less than 10 minutes flat.

Your friends

Even the best of friends can become your diet enemy and act as saboteurs. Say you are out with a few friends for lunch, you'll often find it's really difficult to say no, or not go for a healthy option when your mates are piling on the fried food and encouraging you on to do the same. You've got to remember it's your body and the reason why you want to lose weight is to feel better about yourself, it's not for them. And you'll see that after a few occasions that they'll just naturally accept your choices and maybe even start doing the same.

Your plate

It's time to look at your crockery — as it could be a major contributor as to why you are overeating at every meal. Dinner plates, as with portions seem to have got bigger and bigger, it's just trendy to serve food on massive white plates in restaurants but in the domestic situation this can bring about huge portions. So, try shrinking down your plate — swap your normal one for a slightly smaller one, give it a go for a week and how it affects your food intake.

You're tired

Food is often used as a pick up when we are feeling tired and the thing is symptoms of tiredness can actually be mistaken for hunger. First off you need to get into a good sleeping routine; the optimum time to sleep has been found to be between seven to eight hours so make sure you are getting your quota. Also think about the times when you feel tired the most, is it a mid afternoon slump or maybe just when you get in from work? Once you establish a pattern of when you tend to feel tired you can combat it by going for healthier snacks rather than raiding the vending machine to give you a perk up.

You're bored

So many people overeat to fill time simply because they're bored or do not have anything interesting to do or look forward to. And when people are bored they tend to park themselves in front of the TV which can inevitably lead to snacking. It's the same if you feel unfulfilled by your job — lack of motivation in the workplace probably accounts for a massive percentage of cafeteria sales. Obviously you need to focus on the root of the problem, if it's at home find alternative things to do; call someone, go online, read a magazine — anything that stops you from heading to the fridge. And if it's at work — maybe ask for more responsibility, take on additional projects or even ask yourself if it's time for a change.

You'll start your diet tomorrow

"I'll start the diet tomorrow", how many times have you said it to yourself? The thing is this actually isn't the case at all, as by saying you are starting the diet tomorrow, you are actually saying to yourself you can eat whatever you want today. And inevitably on the eve of a new diet (if it comes to fruition or not) you'll tend to overeat to compensate. The thing is tomorrow never comes, if you perpetually put off a better eating plan, overeating will become the norm and those jeans will just get tighter.
